Shipping
Shipping natural wine is expensive.
It's heavy and fragile, and the carriers we use (UPS, NACEX) insist on specific packaging to ensure delivery without breakage.
That's why we encourage local pickup in Penha de Franca, Lisbon, for anyone that it suits. As it's not only the least wasteful approach, but it will save our customers money.
For those further away, in the spirit of full transparency, we have listed below the prices of boxes and shipping per region. As always, it is most economical to buy in multiples of 3 or 6 bottles at a time.
Delivery Times
We strive to pack and deliver as quickly as possible, but ask for a minimum 24 hours for your order to be accepted and confirmed. And to be able to confirm shipping details with out carrier, to give you a realistic delivery date.
