At Bodega Lisboa, we are committed to providing the best possible service and products. Due to the nature of our offerings, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of faulty goods or shipping errors.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- You change your mind after purchase
- You do not enjoy the taste of the wine
- The item is not faulty and was delivered as ordered
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if we send the wrong product:
- Contact us at sophie@bodegalisbon.com within 24 hours of delivery
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable)
- We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, consumers typically have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to perishable goods, including wine, once delivered.
