Angiolino Maule, Rosso Masieri 2020

Angiolino Maule's only red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Tal Rosso from estate fruit and purchased grapes (all biodynamically farmed). Fermentation takes place in traditional open wooden vats with two weeks of punching down three times a day and 10 additional days of maceration before the initial racking.

Aged in stainless steel, unoaked with zero added sulfur. A memorable medium-bodied dry red that's both smooth and tannic in all the best ways.
