Cosmic Vinyaters, Vitalitat 2022

The easygoing yet electric pet nat of your dreams, Vitalitat is mostly Parellada (from 60-year-old vines) with a bit of Muscat. Grown in calcareous white clay soils near Serra del Montmell 500 meters above sea level according to both biodynamic and metaphysical practices. Hand harvested, destemmed, and macerated on the skins for three days.

Fresh and creamy with a touch of green apples and elderflower and tasty minerality. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal (8mg/l) sulfites. A beautiful elevation of the sparkling form that native Catalan varieties from the Penedès more frequently take. For celebrations, apéros, or any day you've deemed special.
