Riesling as one dreams it should taste, Jean Ginglinger's approach to honouring the classics has never been more evident. Crisp and fresh ripe citrus makes way for hints of calcareous soils before a smooth wave of green fruits washes over the palette.

Grapes are fermented spontanously with native yeasts and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfites. Pale gold to the eye, it's Alsace personified.
