Jeux des Vins, Bonne Mine 2021

The new Jeux de Vins project from Julien Albertus is all about collaboration, so it makes sense to showcase a cuvée of two grapes (Sylvaner and Riesling) from two vintages (2020 and 2021), with a commonality of prized Alsace plots (both planted in 1985!).

Organic certification and lowest-intervention biodynamic farming. Grapes bought from Domaine Einhart located in Rosenwiller. 80/20 combination of direct-pressed grapes and ones macerated for three days before fermentation. Fermented and aged in concrete tank. Bottled in December 2022. Grab a bottle...or two...or three...and let your next apero shine.
