Jeux des Vins, Voilà 2021

Delightfully fresh majority-Gewürztraminer cuvée that also brings in Muscat, Auxerrois, and Sylvaner from two different vintages (though all from limestone clay soils) and leaves them all to macerate—in whole clusters—for two weeks.

The result? Somewhere between a skin contact white and orange wine, a bottle that doesn't need to say anything more than its name—voila—because the elegance of what's inside does all the talking. All vines planted in 1985. Grapes bought from Domaine Einhart in Rosenwiller.
