From clay-limestone land on the Molsheim hillsides comes Muscat as you've not yet experienced it. Macerated for 30 days after a full de-stemming and then aged for just short of a year. In the fields, low intervention lets terroir shine through. In the cellar, this continues through the decision to not fine, filter, force fermentation, or add sulfites.

In your mouth, expect to taste pear, citrus, apricot, some spices, the least aggressive tannins possible, and a balanced acidity. An anarchist in a tuxedo rather than a denim jacket.
