A fun but not frivolous skin-contact Pinot Auxerrois from happy 39 year-old vines growing in marl and limestone near Furstweg. 3 days of skin maceration for the best minerality and structure in your glass later. After the press, spontaneous fermentation and aging take place in 4000-liter foudres. Bottled in November 2022 unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfur.

Delicate and earthy (as in stones and minerals, not funk).
