The Garganega grape at its finest expression. Made from the grapes of the second pass of the harvest, with vinification and aging in steel preserving the fruit’s fragrant profile. Medium structured with mineral freshness.

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, a very small amount of sulfur added at bottling. A very versatile (and very drinkable) white wine. Bottled in May or June of the following year.
