Cosmic Vinyaters, Connexió Còsmica 2022

A gorgeous and extremely drinkable expression of local grape Xarel·lo, more often used to produce sparkling Cava. Salvador Batlle Barrabeig describes it as a wine that closes circles between the peasant and the consumer born from his deepest love of the land. We describe it as a versatile table wine for all occasions.

Grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed before undergoing on-skin maceration for 8 days. After spontaneous fermentation from autochthonous yeast, it ages on fine lees for four months before bottling (unfiltered). All cellar processes are done without temperature control. One of the lightest skin contact orange wines we’ve seen!
