Higher-altitude (600 meters above sea level) Carignan Gris from El Llocató vineyard, where vines are tucked into mostly untouched lands swelling with biodiversity. In the expert hands of Cosmic, this all carries through to your glass.

Red fruits, pleasant acidity, juicy. The fleeting buoyancy of youth. Hand-harvested with stems left on, then crushed by foot. Maceration on skin for nine days. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, 50% amphora 50% stainless. Aged on fine lees in a stainless steel tank for 16 weeks. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
