No fewer than seven types of grapes go into this natural rosé blend,  made by winemaker Salvador Battle Barrbeig to pay tribute to all the native Empordà varieties he has recovered and now grows together on a newly planted plot with sandy granite soils 230 meters above sea level.

In your glass, expect salinity, minerality, and plenty of lush red summer berries.

In the cellar, the process also embraces diversity: 30 percent of the grapes are destemmed, 30 percent are directly pressed, and 40 percent are crushed by foot and macerated for 12 days. Spontaneous fermentation from native yeast in stainless steel tank. Aged on fine lees for 4 months and bottled unfiltered.
