Juicy and electric pet nat rosé for sipping OR glugging. Mix of Red Grenache, White Carignan, and Carignan Gris grown in granite soils on two parcels.

Lowest intervention practices possible: grapes are hand harvested and de-stemmed before five days of skin-on maceration and some gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks with end of fermentation in glass bottles. Biodynamic farming. Unfined and unfiltered. No CO2.
