An honest and straightforward sparkling wine perfect for everyday drinking. Lively acidity and long finish. Hints of Meyer lemon, mandarin, pomelo. 100% certified-organic Glera grapes from vines planted in 2010 in the green rolling hills of Campea di Miane, 75 kilometers north of Venice. 

Marl and clay soils. Fermented and aged in stainless steel before refermenting in bottle with the must of the same vintage (the traditional local technique known as col fondo). Bottled unfined and unfiltered with zero sulfur added.
