An aromatic and refreshing sparkling wine that harmoniously blends Moscato Fior d'Arancio and Glera.

The vineyards are situated in the Veneto region, where the combination of sedimentary soils and a favorable climate enhances the aromatic expression of the grapes.​

The Glera grapes undergo direct pressing, while the Moscato Fior d'Arancio grapes are macerated on their skins for a brief period to extract aromatic compounds. Fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled with the addition of must from dried grapes to induce a natural second fermentation in the bottle, resulting in its gentle effervescence.​

Móz reveals captivating aromas of lychee and tropical fruits, with a pleasant aromatic depth. The palate is dry, fresh, and fragrant, leading to a fine, sapid, and mineral finish. ​Ideal as an aperitif, it also complements light salads, seafood, and fruity desserts.​
